Retirement by GG - the inconvenience truth

The word retirement may sound scary to many, but to those who have already done your financial planning correctly it means walking off from the job/career gracefully.  Invest smartly, stay away from gambling or taking high risk are the key tips for a sound retirement.


GG belongs to the baby boomer's era and this batch of people are reaching or rather reached their retirement age. Prolongation of one's career retirement age would be a nightmare as the person would be subjected to abuse by the younger colleagues. So by all means stay out of this situation. But for those who have already screwed up their financial planning, guess there is not much of an alternative.

This blog is dedicated to my good friends and colleagues who are game enough to move on after the sunset years.
The hunt for a peaceful and serene place has started. Even if this proved to be an elusive dream, life would still move on. Having tired and failed is still better than just doing nothing.

 There are plenty of lands available for building, so there is no such thing as queuing for a home. In fact this new house is now put up for sale by the builder. (Dec2013)
